The whole experience was perfect. The location was unbeatable and excellent, you can visit Royal Palace of Milan by walking. It was located in a residential area close to the main points of interest, taxi-tram-bus-metro stations as well as the historical center and the duomo.

The staff are exceptionally pleasant, giving their best to make the stay a very comfortable experience. Modern, spotless room complete with a really nice shower, coffee, and very good linen.

They even surprised me with a birthday gift! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Milan Cathedral and shopping area. The rooms were lovely and the cleaning staff paid attention to detail. The hotel also provided complimentary champagne and water, adding a special touch to my stay.
